Truth be told, you'll see a lot more of our service team than you will of your salesperson - unless you buy a new car every few thousand miles! There are simply too many features in your new car to learn them all in one sitting. We're always filming new video tutorials of all of those nifty Infiniti features like Navigation, Bluetooth, Satellite Radio, and more so that you can learn them at whatever pace fits your life.

Our goal is to enhance your overall ownership experience. We insist on bringing you back at least once after your purchase - we call this a "Delivery Reconnect". This is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have, meet our service team, buy an Infiniti keychain or hat - anything you missed the first time around.

Most of our clients buy accessories or services along with their new vehicle that require the help of the Service Department. For example, if you purchased the Perma Plate paint and interior sealant or opted for a deluxe set of custom wheels, the Service Department will get you rolling. We will be calling you to schedule a Delivery Reconnect as well as to take care of these items - we suggest doing them at the same time; we'll answer your Navigation questions while your Infiniti is being customized!

We make every effort in the Sales Delivery and Delivery Reconnect to make sure you're comfortable with your Infiniti's Maintenance Schedule. If ever it becomes a question, visit our Service Intervals page. Our online tool there will tell you exactly what you're due for!
