Getting Around During Service

At Infiniti of Mission Viejo, we understand that it’s difficult to be without your vehicle. When scheduling your service appointment, let your appointment coordinator know that you would like alternate transportation.

Service Loaner Policy

It is our pleasure to provide you one of our fine Service Loaner vehicles when available. Here are the guidelines for their use:

• You must be age 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and current insurance.
• A loaner vehicle is available for service work over 90 minutes. Thus vehicles in for Express Service do not qualify for a loaner. We are happy to provide other forms of alternate transportation for Express Service where needed.
• The only cost to you is a $7 cleaning and restocking fee, plus the fuel you use.
• In the unlikely event that we do not have an Infiniti vehicle available, we will arrange for a rental car.
• We are not responsible for personal effects left behind in the loaner vehicle, so please remember to collect your garage door opener, FasTrak, sunglasses, et cetera, from the vehicle.
• We do our best to match our loaner to the type of vehicle you own when possible.

Other Options During Service

	Shuttle Our courtesy shuttle runs at any time during our Service Hours. We are happy to take you to your local destination; please let our coordinator know you need a shuttle drop off and/or pick-up on the day of your appointment.
	Rental Car If a Service Loaner is not available and you need a substitute, we will happily arrange for a Rental Car through a local agency. Wherever the expense is covered by your warranty we will take care of submitting the appropriate paperwork for you.
	Golf No day of golf is a bad day. Schedule your service to suit your tee time - there are so many golf courses within shuttle distance of our service department the hardest part will be choosing which to play.
	Walk Orange County is reputed for its fine weather, mild climate, and beautiful scenery. Nothing wrong with taking a stroll to take in the sights! Our shuttle can get you to the trailhead of your choice.
	Bicycle Infiniti of Mission Viejo is central to South Orange County and is within bicycling distance of many residental and commercial hubs. We are also near many of Orange County's bikeways and offroad trails. Many of our clients find servicing their vehicle is a convenient excuse to get some miles under their belts.
	Shopping Mall We are very close to the Shops of Mission Viejo - walking or shuttle distance in fact. Browse for yourself or buy a gift for that special someone. The Shops at Mission Viejo is host to a plethora of fine retailers including Nordstroms, the Apple Store, and various restaurants.
	Need A Cut? Use your service downtime to combine your to-do list. We are neighbor to a new salon in the World Market shopping center (next door) and are well within shuttle distance of many local barber shops and salons. You'll clean up nicely, and your car will be equally cleaned-up when you return.
	Coffee Shop Although Infiniti of Mission Viejo offers hot and fresh coffee, refreshments, and free wi-fi internet access you may still want to sip your favorite roast. No problem, there is a Starbucks next door and more options at the Shops of Mission Viejo which is right up the street.
	Dining There are a slew of dining options within walking and shuttle distance. Our everyday recommendation is the New York Deli Case across the street where you can find an authentic sandwich on a delicious fresh-baked roll. If you're looking for something with a view may we suggest sitting on the patio of O'Neill's at the Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club - just around the corner.
	Waiting? Nothing pressing on your agenda? Enjoy our comfortable lounge complete with hot and cold beverages, refreshments, TV, and free wi-fi internet access.
	Call A Friend Need a phone to call a friend for a ride? Maybe this is the excuse to get together for lunch that you've been looking for.
	Taxi Our proximity to the freeway makes travel by taxi easy to arrange and keeps fares low.
	Bus Infiniti of Mission Viejo is adjacent to an OCTA bus stop on Marguerite Parkway servicing the 191, 212, and 216 lines. The 82, 85, 91 lines depart from Saddleback College - we are happy to shuttle you to the stop there.
	Rail Services Infiniti of Mission Viejo neighbors the rail system, frequented by the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner and the Metrolink Orange County Line. Head down to San Diego for lunch in the Gaslamp Quarter or head in to the city for your workday. All aboard!
	Airport Access Infiniti of Mission Viejo is close to Orange County's John Wayne Airport (Santa Ana SNA). Schedule your carpool or Airport Shuttle to pick you up here if your vehicle requires an overnight stay for service. Los Angeles International (LAX) is very accessible via Flyaway from the Irvine Transportation Center, which is directly accessed from the Metrolink train which stops a couple of blocks from our doorstep; We are happy to shuttle you to the platform.
	Harbor Dana Point Harbor is just down the freeway from us. Escape to Catalina on the Catalina Express, take the kids to the Ocean Institute to go whale watching, or just catch a day of fishing.
