To enhance safety and rear-wheel grip the Traction Control System senses wheel spin and automatically reduces engine output and/or brakes the spinning wheel to ensure a better foothold. Comparing actual vehicle cornering performance to the input of the driver the Vehicle Dynamic Control system adjusts power levels and applies appropriate brake pressure to help correct over-steer or under-steer.
